Remembering Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.:
“Wake Up - The Journey Continues”
“The Moment Is Now”
On April 4, 2025, at the Buffalo Museum of Science, we will honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., beginning at 5:00 p.m.
In commemoration of the 57 year anniversary of Dr. King's death, we dedicate this time to remember his unwavering activism, and pay tribute to him and the sacrifice he made for peace, equality and prosperity. At this event we intend to prompt attendees to contemplate Dr. King's vital question: Where do we go from here, as we honor his memory and reflect on his enduring legacy?

This is a collective effort created by Brother Clifford Bell of the Buffalo
African American Museum. It is a continuation of the “Together as
One, The Journey Continues Black History Month initiative.
Special thanks to many of our esteemed local clergy members and faith based and partner organizations, educators, civic leaders, local African American business owners, and nonprofit community organizations for their partnership.
